控制理論與控制工程學科是 1995 年獲得工學碩士學位授予權。控制理論與控制工程是一門研究控制的理論、方法、技術及其工程應用的學科。它是 20 世紀最重要的科學理論和成就之一,它的各階段的理論發展及技術進步都與生產和社會實踐需求密切相關。本學科以工程領域內的控制系統為主要對象,以數學方法和計算機技術為主要工具,研究各種控制策略及控制系統的建模、分析、綜合、設計和實現的理論、技術和方法。

電氣工程是現代科技領域中的核心學科之一,更是當今高新技術領域中不可或缺的關鍵學科。我院電氣工程學科共設置電機與電器、電力電子與電力傳動、電力系統及其自動化、電工理論與新技術、高電壓絕緣技術等 10 個研究方向。主要研究新型電力電子器件與功率集成,電力電子變流技術,新型電機調速與電力傳動技術,電力電子控制技術,電機與電器的設計、制造、運行,電力系統分析與優化,電能質量檢測與控制、柔性輸電等內容,其目標是通過對電能進行高質量的變換、控制、傳輸和存儲,以達到對電能的合理、高效、安全與環保利用,為我國國民經濟的發展和現代化建設發揮巨大的推動作用。該學科主要培養在有關電能生產、傳輸和使用過程中各種設備及系統的設計、制造、運行、測量和控制等方面從事高層次科學研究、工程技術、教學與管理的高級專門人才,使他們在本學科領域具有堅實寬廣的理論基礎、系統深入的專門知識、較強的科研能力和解決工程技術問題的能力,為我國國民經濟的發展和現代化建設服務。電氣工程一級學科下設的電力電子與電力傳動學科于 1981 年就獲得國家首批碩士學位授權點,于 2002 年獲批遼寧省重點學科,于 2007 年獲批遼寧省創新團隊,于 2008 年獲批遼寧省重點實驗室—工礦電氣設備與電力電子技術實驗室。經過 30 多年的建設與發展,本學科已為國家培養了一大批優秀人才,其中包括國家 985 高校和國外知名大學的教授、大學校長和院長、國有大中型企業及外資企業的高管和高級技術專家、企業老總、國家和省市級政府部門的高級行政人員等。

technology, detection technology and automation device, artificial intelligence and robot control technology.
Based on scientific research platforms such as innovation team of Liaoning Province, engineering technical research center of Liaoning Province and the key laboratory of Liaoning Province, the reaerch team has successively undertaken 30 national, provincial and ministerial longitudinal projects and 11 horizontal projects including National 863 programs and National Natural Science Foundation programs, and won 30 science and technology awards at or above the provincial and ministerial level. The reaerch team published 206 papers and 8 provincial and ministerial level planning textbooks. There are 26 teachers, 6 professors, 13 associate professors, 7 lecturers, including 1 special professor of Liaoning province, 3 outstanding talents of Liaoning province and 20 teachers with a doctor's degree. The discipline has distinctive advantages and characteristics on coal mine gas monitoring technology, complex production process control system and high performance AC motor speed regulation technology and so on. In recent five years, the discipline has trained 34 graduate students who have made certain contribution to the construction of northeast old industrial base.

電氣工程學科(Electrical Engineering, 簡稱 EE)是研究電能的產生、傳輸、轉換、控制、儲存和利用的學科,它包括電力系統及其自動化、電機與電器、高電壓與絕緣技術、電力電子與電力傳動、電工理論與新技術五個二級學科,其理論基礎是電磁場理論和電路理論。電氣工程學科與信息、能源和材料等學科相互交叉和滲透,在我國國民經濟建設中具有十分重要的地位。本校電氣工程學科于 1981 年獲得國家首批工學碩士學位授予權,于 2001 年獲得工程碩士學位授予權。本學科建設近 40 年來,已為國家培養 1000 余名工學碩士和 500 余名工程碩士,這些已畢業的工學碩士和工程碩士已成為相關領域的骨干,為我國的國民經濟建設做出了巨大貢獻。

電氣與控制工程學院一、學院整體概述
遼寧工程技術大學電氣與控制工程學院的與學校同齡,始創于1949年,前身為阜新礦業學院機電科, 2006年9月升格為電氣與控制工程學院。
學院現有教職工79人,其中,遼寧省特聘教授3人、優秀人才4人、百千萬人才工程培養人選8人,全國優秀教師1人,遼寧省“興遼英才計劃”教學名師1人,遼寧省普通高校優秀青年骨干教師5人。
學院擁有電氣工程一級學科博士點和一級學科碩士點、2個二級學科碩士點、2個工程碩士授權領域。學院擁有電力電子與電力傳動遼寧省重點學科,2個遼寧省高校創新團隊,擁有9個省級科研與教學平臺。學院設有電氣工程及其自動化、自動化、電氣工程與智能控制、測控技術與儀器、智能電網信息工程等5個本科專業。目前,在校本科生、碩士生和博士生2539人。
近年來,學院先后承擔國家“863”項目、國家自然基金等重大科研項目幾十項;獲國家、省部級教學與科技獎勵60余項;獲國家專利80余項;在國內外重要學術期刊上發表論文1000余篇;出版專著與國家級教材30余部。近三年來,學生在國家級、省級各類競賽中獲獎1000余項,學生申請專利50余項。
學院始終堅持以培養應用創新型人才為目標,在人才培養中明確提出要尊重教學規律和人才成長規律、關注學生個性化發展和全面發展。堅持專業能力強化和整體素質提升為培養目標,以人為本,強化素質教育,構建以“基本理論”為通識基礎教育,以“基本技能”為專業工程教育,以“基本素質”為綜合工程教育,以“實踐、設計、實現”為創新創業教育的四位一體工程人才培養模式。以各類科技競賽和第二課堂培養學生個性化創新能力,樹立學生自主成才意識,營造優良的學風及育人環境。在全國“挑戰杯”大賽、智能車大賽、電子設計競賽等科技學術競賽中,學院學生均有突出表現,2016年邰若鵬同學榮獲第十屆中國青少年科技創新獎。近三年來,電控學院本科學生共獲得國家級獎項 98項,省部級獎項187項,協會獎項147項,申報專利40余項,創新創業訓練項目89項。
學院生源質量好,畢業生就業質量高,每年有20%左右的畢業生考取研究生,其中一大部分到985、211院校深造;有20%左右的畢業生考取國家電網(2019年國家電網錄取率全國排名15位);每年高質量就業學生比例(入職央企、事業、公務員、考取研究生等的學生)在75%以上,畢業生就業率都在98%以上,學院畢業生以基礎好、專業寬、能力強、素質高贏得了社會各界的普遍贊譽和高度好評。
