2019 版國際經(jīng)濟與貿易專業(yè)本科人才培養(yǎng)方案 (來華留學生) The talents training program of undergraduates majoring in International Economics (international students) 學科門類：經(jīng)濟學 專業(yè)名稱：國際經(jīng)濟與貿易 專業(yè)代碼：020401 Discipline category: Economics Specialty: International Economics and Trade Specialty Code: 020401 授予學位：經(jīng)濟學學士 標準學制：4 年 彈性修業(yè)年限：4～6 年 Degree: BA of Economics Standard length of schooling: 4 years Flexible length of schooling：4 to 6 years 一、培養(yǎng)目標/Training objectives 本專業(yè)旨在培養(yǎng)來華留學生具有國際視野和求實精神，熟悉中國語言和文化，掌握經(jīng)濟學基本 原理和國際經(jīng)濟與貿易的基本理論，熟悉通行的國際貿易規(guī)則、法律和慣例，了解中國經(jīng)濟與世界 主要國家與地區(qū)的社會經(jīng)濟情況，掌握國際經(jīng)濟貿易的理論知識與實務技能，能在外經(jīng)貿企業(yè)及政 府部門從事國際貿易實務與管理工作的應用型高級專門人才。 The program aims to cultivate international students with international vision and realistic spirit. Students need to learn Chinese and Chinese culture, to grasp the basic principles, theories and practical skills of international economy and trade. Students should be familiar with prevailing and current rules, laws and practices of international trade, learning China’s foreign trade policies and regulations as well as the social and economic circumstance throughout the world. After gradation students are able to engage in international trade practice and management in foreign trade enterprises and government departments as applied senior professional talents. 二、培養(yǎng)要求/Requirements 本專業(yè)學生畢業(yè)時應獲得以下幾方面素養(yǎng)、知識和能力結構要求： At the time of graduation, students of this major should acquire the following qualities, knowledge and abilities: 1.素質結構要求/ Quality requirements: 1.1 具有良好的漢語理解能力和表達能力，了解中國國情和中國文化，熱愛中國。 1.2 具有較高的職業(yè)道德和敬業(yè)精神，具有強烈的事業(yè)心和進取心，具有良好的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和良 好的職業(yè)能力。 1.3 具有健康的體魄和良好的心理素質。 1.4 樹立科學的世界觀、人生觀，具有良好的思想品德、道德修養(yǎng)和積極進取、吃苦耐勞、團結 協(xié)作的精神。 2 1.1 Have a good command of Chinese language, know about the national situation of China and Chinese culture, and loving China. 1.2 Have high professional ethics and dedication, with professional ambition as well as good professional ability. 1.3 Have a good physical and psychological health. 1.4 Establish a scientific view on the world, life and value. Have a good ideological and moral character, moral accomplishment with active and positive attitude as well as hardworking and team-work spirit. 2.知識結構要求/ Knowledge requirements： 2.1 掌握現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟學、國際經(jīng)濟學的基本理論和分析方法。 2.2 了解世界主要區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況及其貿易政策。 2.3 熟悉與國際貿易與商務活動有關的法律、法規(guī)和通行的國際規(guī)則與慣例。 2.4 了解國際經(jīng)濟、國際貿易理論發(fā)展及動態(tài)。 2.1 Grasp the basic theories and analytic methods of economics and international economics; 2.2 Know about the national situation of China and the economic development and trade policies of the world's major countries; 2.3 Learn about the relevant laws and regulations of international trade and business activities as well as the current rules and practices of international trade; 2.4 Understand international economy and the development and trends of international trade theory. 3．能力結構要求/ Ability requirements： 3.1 具有較強的漢語應用、人際溝通、計算機操作技能。 3.2 熟悉國際貿易與商務活動的業(yè)務環(huán)節(jié)，具備國際貿易實務操作能力。 3.3 具有國際視野、創(chuàng)新精神、實踐能力，適應多國商業(yè)經(jīng)營環(huán)境，具有較好地商務文書寫作 能力。 3.4 能夠利用專業(yè)知識從事國際貿易與商務活動。 3.1 Have strong Chinese application, interpersonal communication, computer operation skills. 3.2 Get familiar with the business links of international trade and master the operation technology of international trade process in business activities; 3.3 Have international vision, innovative spirit and practical ability, adapt to the multinational business environment with good business writing ability. 3.4 Be able to use academic skills to deal with international trade and business activities. 三、核心課程/The Core Courses 本專業(yè)核心課程有：高等數(shù)學、微觀經(jīng)濟學、宏觀經(jīng)濟學、金融學、國際經(jīng)濟學、國際貿易學、 國際貿易實務、國際商法、外貿仿真實驗、跨國公司管理、漢語等。 The core courses of this major include: Higher Mathematics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, , Finance, International Economics, International Trade Practice, International Business Law, Foreign Trade Simulation, Transnational Corporation Management, Comprehensive Chinese. 3 四、學制與學期安排/Length of schooling and Term Arrangement 本專業(yè)實行學分制管理，基本修業(yè)年限為 4 年，實行 4-6 年彈性學制。每學年分上、下兩個學 期?；诨拘迾I(yè)年限的學年規(guī)劃為：每學期按 20 周規(guī)劃課程教學（含考試）周數(shù)（第 8 學期 19 周），全程教學共計 159 周，其中報到（含入學教育）3 周，畢業(yè)實習 4 周，畢業(yè)論文（設計）12 周， 離校教育 3 周。 Credit system management is carried on in this major. The basic length of study for the major is 4 years comprising 8 semesters and 159 weeks, and the flexible education system of 4-6 years will be implemented. There are 20 teaching weeks in each semester, including the exam week (There are 19 week in semester 8) .Among them, three weeks of registration (including entrance education), four weeks of graduation internship, 12 weeks of graduation thesis (design), and three weeks of leaving school education. 五、畢業(yè)與授予學位要求/Requirements for Graduation and Degree 來華留學生在規(guī)定的修業(yè)年限內必須完成 137 學分，其中通識必修課 50 學分，通識選修課 12 學分,專業(yè)基礎課 18 學分，專業(yè)必修課 19 學分，專業(yè)選修課 22 學分，實踐與實驗課 16 學分。原則 上漢語達到 HSK 四級水平。學生畢業(yè)時，通過畢業(yè)資格審查方準畢業(yè)。 畢業(yè)時符合學位授予條件的，授予經(jīng)濟學學士學位。 International students should obtain 137 credits during the specified time. The credit of the general education course is 50, and 12 for the general education optional course. The credit of the major basic course is 18, 19 for the major compulsory course and 22 for the major optional course. Besides, the credit of the practice and experiment course is 16. Besides, international students are supposed to achieve Level 4 in the HSK Test. Graduation can only be achieved through qualification checks.
