[個人簡述]
個人簡介
鄭倩望，女，博士，先后畢業于中山大學生物科學專業、新加坡國立大學(NationalUniversityofSingapore)食品科學專業。2016年以首聘副教授方式引進到華南農業大學食品學院。主要從事食品生物污染與控制、生物防腐保鮮技術，以及生物活性物質研究及相關產品開發。近五年來在FoodMicrobiology,InternationalJournalofFoodMicrobiology,FoodControl等雜志上發表SCI論文12篇，多次參加知名國際會議（IAFPAnnualMeeting，IFTAnnualMeeting&FoodExpo，IUToST等）并發表演講。
