◇ 個人簡歷（學歷、學術經歷及社會兼職）：

陳華偉，男，1977年9月生，河南正陽人，博士，教授，博士生導師。 1999年6月，本科畢業于河南師范大學物理與信息工程學院。同年，獲免試推薦為西北工業大學碩博連讀研究生，從事陣列信號處理和統計信號處理研究。于 2002年4月獲碩士學位，2004年4月獲博士學位。在學期間，曾獲西北工業大學第四屆“研究生十佳科技英才”，國防科工委“委屬高校優秀畢業生”等榮譽。 2004年6月至 2005年8月，在南京大學電子科學與技術博士后科研流動站工作。主持完成中國博士后科學基金和江蘇省首批博士后科研資助計劃項目。出站后，獲評南京大學副研究員專業技術職務任職資格。2005年8月至2009年8月，在新加坡南洋理工大學（Nanyang Technological University）電氣與電子工程學院（School of EEE）工作，任Research Fellow。2009年8月回國，加入南航電子信息工程學院，并破格晉升為教授。目前感興趣的研究方向主要包括：穩健的陣列信號處理技術，統計和自適應信號處理、音頻與語音信號處理等。在國內外學術刊物和學術會議（包括IEEE Trans. on Circuits and Systems, IEEE Trans. on Audio, Speech, and Language Processing, IEEE Trans. on Signal Processing, IEEE Trans. on Antennas and Propagation, Signal Processing, ICASSP, ISCAS）等發表論文60余篇。主持國家自然科學基金、江蘇省自然科學基金、教育部留學回國人員科研啟動基金等課題?，F為IEEE信號處理學會會員，擔任IEEE Trans. on Signal Processing, IEEE Trans. Audio, Speech, and Language Processing, IEEE Signal Processing Letters, Signal Processing, IET Radar, Sonar and Navigation, IET Signal Processing等學術期刊審稿人，以及國家自然科學基金項目通訊評審專家。
