　　1987年上海交通大學(xué)物理系獲得博士學(xué)位。1987年至今，上海交通大學(xué)物理系任教，1990年破格晉升教授，1994年獲博士導(dǎo)師資格。1993年至1999年，多次赴香港中文大學(xué)物理系YuKin-Wha教授小組合作訪問(wèn)；2000年至2002年，赴美國(guó)加州大學(xué)物理系(Berkeley)M.L.Cohen和S.G.Louie教授領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的研究小組合作訪問(wèn)；2004年至2010年，多次赴美國(guó)內(nèi)華達(dá)州立大學(xué)物理系（LasVegas）ChenChangfeng教授小組合作訪問(wèn)。

　　獲獎(jiǎng)情況：

　　博士生（張翼）畢業(yè)論文獲得2010年全國(guó)百篇優(yōu)秀博士論文獎(jiǎng)。

　　博士生（潘梓誠(chéng)）畢業(yè)論文獲得2011年全國(guó)百篇優(yōu)秀博士論文提名獎(jiǎng)。
